The speed dynamic performance of a gasoline generator is an important factor that affects its electrical performance. To tackle this problem, the paper analyzes the mathematical model of gasoline generator and control task, and proposes a quasi sliding mode control algorithm, designs the conventional sliding mode controller, and the simulation of speed control is implemented by MATLAB. The experimental results show that in guarantee the stability and dynamic of system are unchanged, the control algorithm can largely reduce the system buffet.
