针对传统的计算机档案管理系统中查询界面及条件生成的实际问题和用户要求，提出了查询界面及条件生成的一个新方法。设计了一个包括用户界面、参数处理、条件形成、维护等在内的查询界面及条件生成系统的总体框架，并以此为基础，详细描述了该系统的各个基本功能及其相互关系。实践证明，该系统可以体现用户的查询思想，用户易于掌握和接受。%According to real problems in traditional generation of queryinterface and condition in computer aided archives management system,as well as requirements of certain users,a new generation method of query interface and condition is introduced,a general frame of the generation system,including user interface and parameter processing and condition generation and maintenance,is designed.On the basis of above research,various basic functions and interrelations of the system are described in detail.It is proved in practice that the system can reflect users' query idea and be easy to understand and accept to uses.
