计算机设计和电磁防护是模块化计算机(Computer On Module,COM)在加固领域中的一项应用.加固计算机的特点是抗电磁干扰、可扩展性强、可定制、可维护性高、更少的电子元器件,将昂贵且不稳定的电缆连接减至最少,因此可靠性提高,而且基于COM Express的模块化加固计算机还集成有现代高速串行总线技术,可提供高速的宽带传输能力,具备抗电磁干扰能力.抗恶劣环境计算机技术要求抗恶劣环境计算机在电磁干扰、高低温、振动冲击等恶劣环境中能够可靠地运行和工作.理论上使用电磁兼容技术与滤波技术,完成信号共模噪声抑制设计、USB信号高频传导干扰抑制设计和ESD保护电路设计,通过数学计算和加固计算机的电磁抗干扰测试,实验结果合格,验证了该技术的有效性和可靠性.%Computer design and electromagnetic protection is a kind of application on COM ( Computer On Module) in ruggedized field. The characteristics of strengthening computer is anti electromagnetic interference, high scalability and maintenance, being customizable and less electronic components,which minimizes the expensive and unstable connecting cable to improve its reliability. Meanwhile,the modular strengthening computer based on COM Express is integrated with modern serial bus technology with high speed and can provide broadband reinforcement with anti electromagnetic interference. The computer technology of anti-harsh environment requires that the computer can run and work reliably in the harsh environment such as electromagnetic interference,high and low temperature,vibration and shock. The electromagnetic compatibility technology and filtering technology is used in theory to completing of design in signal com-mon mode noise suppression,high frequency conduction suppression of USB signal and ESD protection circuit. The test of anti electro-magnetic interference by mathematical calculation and reinforcement computer is satisfactory,which verifies its validity and reliability.
