漂珠细度对保温混凝土性能的影响

         

摘要

In order to select optimal floating bead fineness,the influence of the different diameter of bead on the slump,viscidity, water-keeping ability,the 28 day compressive strength and thermal conductivityof thermal insulation concrete was analyzed with three different fineness of floating bead replacing part of fine aggregate material,based on C35 glazed hollow bead insulation concrete.The results show that the fineness of the floating bead has certain influence on thermal insulation concrete.The compressive strength and thermal conductivity of thermal insulation concrete made of floating beads,are 36 MPa and 0.36 W/(m·K)respectively when fineness modulus is 1.9.In the premise of ensuring compression strength design value of thermal insulation concrete,the thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation concrete is reduced by 23.4% compared with reference concrete whose thermal conductivity is 0.47 W/(m·K).%为了选定最优的漂珠细度,在C35玻化微珠保温混凝土配合比的基础上,选用3种不同细度的漂珠取代部分细集料制成3种保温混凝土,分析了不同漂珠细度对保温混凝土的坍落度、黏聚性、保水性、28 d抗压强度和导热系数的影响。结果表明:漂珠细度对于保温混凝土有一定的影响;当漂珠细度模数为1.9时,保温混凝土的抗压强度和导热系数分别为36 MPa和0.36 W/(m·K);同时在保证保温混凝土设计抗压强度的前提下,使保温混凝土的导热系数相对于基准混凝土的0.47 W/(m·K)降低了23.4%。
