矿山企业生态工程与转型升级的激励性规制研究

         

摘要

矿业发展所导致的资源与环境危机不容忽视,这需要企业实施生态工程,促进产业转型升级,实现良性发展.矿山企业的利益相关者之间相互制约,是否实施生态工程,能否推进产业转型升级,是利益相关者间多方博弈的结果.建立激励性规制及其相应的政策法规体系,是促进矿山企业履行社会责任,推动产业转型升级的保障.%Mineral resources are national treasures and mining enterprises development are closely related to national economy and people's livelihood .The resources and environmental crisis caused by the mining industry should not be ignored .Therefore, it is essential for enterprises to implement ecological engineering and promote industrial restructuring for healthy development .In consequence of restriction among mining enterprises , whether conducting ecological engineering or driving the in-dustrial structure is depended on the result of multipartite consultation .Complete incentive regula-tion and the corresponding policies are necessary guarantees for mining enterprises performing social responsibility and promoting industrial restructuring .
