当前, 张家口市正面临京津冀协同发展、京张携手筹办冬奥会和"两区"建设等重大历史机遇, 因此, 加快老旧小区改造和新区建设必须同步推进.与此同时, 人们对商品房的需求量也在持续增长, 对住宅小区建设要求也越来越高, 对住宅小区内公共配套设施是否完善的关注度也会越来越高.论文概述了目前住宅小区公共配套设施建设中存在的问题, 并针对这些问题提出了改进建议, 以供参考.%At present, Zhangjiakou is facing the major historical opportunities of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and Beijing and Zhangjiakou hold hands in organizing the Winter Olympic Games and the construction of " two districts", so it is necessary to speed up the reconstruction of old residential areas and the construction of new districts simultaneously. At the same time, the demand for commercial housing is also increasing, the construction of residential areas is more and more demanding, and the attention to the perfection of public supporting facilities in residential areas will be higher. This paper summarizes the existing problems in the construction of public supporting facilities in residential areas at present, and puts forward suggestions for improvement in view of these problems for reference.
