Based on the secondary development technology, this paper made the quantities calculated by Revit meet the specification in Code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works in 2008, developed an interface program to connect Revit with cost estimating software ,applied them in the cost management of Bridge Zhenguang Road in Shanghai and achieved satisfying results.%本文通过二次开发技术，对Revit平台进行二次开发，使得该平台计算的工程量符合《2008年建设工程工程量清单计价规范》中的相关规定，并开发了造价软件与Revit平台的接口程序，并将成果应用于上海市真光路桥的造价管理中，取得了很好的效果。
