This paper introduced a novel protocol for determination of TVOC and benzene. The method was based on sampling with a complex adsorption tube,which was applicable at temperature:-10℃~45℃,relative humidity(RH):0~95%.The adsorption rate of n-hexane and benzene reaches 98%,high accuracy with precision of 1.4%~9.3%,recover rate of 96.1%~108.8%.%介绍一种新型复合吸附管采样的TVOC及苯的检测方法。本方法适用于温度－10℃～45℃、相对湿度0～95%的采样条件，可使正己烷及苯的吸附率达到98%以上，本方法精密度1.4%～9.3%，回收率96.1%～108.8%，准确度很高。
