工程质量竣工验收是工程质量管理的一个重要环节，也是工程质量把关的最后一个环节，通过参建各方相关人员对工程质量的验收，最终确定单位工程质量是否合格，参加验收的人员也应对工程质量负责。为使工程质量竣工验收工作顺利进行，制定了工程质量竣工验收基本程序。%The quality of the project completion inspection and acceptance was a key link of the quality management,also was the last link of construction quality check,through the engineering quality acceptance by related personnel of cooperated-building parties,made the final determination whether if the unit engineering quality was qualified,and personnel participated in the inspection should be responsible for project quality.
