主要围绕村镇建设标准体系实施绩效评价指标体系的构建问题展开研究。在分析指标体系构建原则的基础上，提出指标体系的构建思路，即明确绩效的目标、设计评价指标体系的框架、拟定指标以及设定权重。根据体系的构建原则和思路，首先对实施绩效评价指标进行选取，通过借鉴已有的研究成果，对实施绩效评价指标进行筛选和确定，形成初步的村镇建设标准体系实施绩效评价指标体系。%This paper researched mainly around the villages and towns construction standard system implementation of the performance evaluation index system of build problems. Based on the analysis of the index system construction principles,put forward the way to construct the index system,namely clear performance objectives,design the framework of evaluation index system,index and enactment right weight. According to the system construction principle and way of thinking,first of all,to select implement the performance evaluation indexes,by the help of the existing research results to implement the performance evaluation indexes selected and determined,formed a preliminary performance evaluation system for the rural construction standard system implementation.
