塔吊基础与地下室底板合二为一设计与实践

         

摘要

现阶段建筑工程施工中塔吊基础承台大多数采用独立形式,对于高层建筑筏板基础而言,塔吊基础承台位于筏板之下,造成塔吊基础部位土方超挖,且造成了一定的钢筋混凝土浪费.结合一工程实例,对塔吊基础与地下室底板合二为一施工方案进行了设计,对该方案编制中注意事项、实践过程中存在的问题进行深入分析,为今后编制类似方案及规程提供参考.%The independent foundation form is mostly used in the pile caps of tower crane foundation in the engineering construction at this stage,for the raft foundation of tall building,the pile caps of tower crane foundation was located under the raft,which caused the earthwork overbreak of the tower crane foundation site,also has a waste of some reinforced concrete. Combined with an engineering example,we designed construction plan of the tower crane foundation and basement floor rolling into one,and analyzed the matters needing attention of the scheme establishment and the problems existing in the process,and provided reference for making similar plan and procedures.
