With the rapid development of urbanization in China,civil engineering has been developed rapidly. At the same time,the quality of civil construction projects,especially the construction process of civil construction leakage problem,the building and residents have brought great trouble. Combined with the actual,this paper analyzed construction technology of leakage prevention on the place of the most prone to leakage in the civil construction,such as civil building roofing,facades,windows and doors,kitchen,etc.%随着我国城市化进程的不断加快，民用建筑工程也得到了快速发展，与此同时民用建筑工程中所存在的质量问题，特别是民用建筑施工过程中的渗漏问题，给建筑物本身和居民都带来了极大的麻烦。基于此，结合实际对民用建筑中的屋面、外墙、门窗、厨卫等最容易出现渗漏的地方就防渗漏施工技术进行探析。
