质量管理一直是建筑工程施工中的重要课题。当前，建筑工程项目数量逐年增加，对工程质量要求也越来越高。建筑工程质量直接关系到国民经济健康发展。通过推动建筑质量提升，深化建筑工程质量意识，促进建筑行业健康、快速、稳步发展。对我国建筑工程质量现状进行简单分析，探讨相应的治理策略。%Quality management was an important issue in the construction of building engineering. At present,the number of construction projects is gradually increasing,and the requirements for the quality of the project are becoming higher and higher. Construction quality directly related to the healthy development of the national economy,through improving construction quality,deepening the construction project quality consciousness to promote the healthy,rapid and steady development of construction industry. This paper made a simple analysis on the status quo of construction quality in China and probed corresponding governance strategies.
