As terra block was used more and more in the project of the residential,the masonry wall leakage performance was not effective in engineering test. This paper studied the method of mixing untarred jute spun yarn in masonry mortar to improve the block wall of seepage prevention performance, and pointed out the piece of local structure defects and the content of the quality supervision departments need to focus on regulation when it was constructed.%随着特拉块在住宅工程中越来越多的使用，其砌筑的墙体防渗漏性能却未在工程得到有效检验。研究了在特拉块砌筑砂浆中掺麻丝的方法，来改善特拉块墙体的防渗漏性能，并指出了特拉块的局部结构缺陷和该墙体砌筑时质量监督部门需要重点监管的内容。
