建筑工程质量控制资料是工程质量评价、评估、评优的重要资料，是证明质量控制过程、结果符合相关要求的法定资料，其重要性不言而喻。但资料存在真实性、完整性、合法性欠缺的常见问题，对其法定效力产生负面影响，本文对这些问题进行归纳分类、研究制定填报要求及具体工作措施，帮助提高编制质量使其真正达到和发挥切实作用。%Quality control of construction engineering datum was the important engineering quality evaluation,assessment,recommendation,which was proved that the quality control process,the results met the requirements of the relevant legal information,its importance was self-evident. But data,integrity, authenticity,legitimacy lack of common problems and negative influence on its legal effect,this article summarized the classification of these problems,studied and formulated the declared requirements and specific work measures to help improving the quality of preparation to its real and play a real role.
