当前，随着建设市场的规范化，保障性安居工程建设管理工作日臻完善。但是，客观地说，保障性安居工程及其质量监督管理仍然存在诸多不容回避的问题。论文深入研究当前保障性安居工程的特点及存在的问题，并加以剖析，从工程质量监管角度出发，逐步解决法律法规建设、制度完善、创新监管方式等问题。提高监管绩效，进一步提高保障性安居工程质量水平，是工程质量监督工作者义不容辞的责任。%At present,with the standardization of the construction market,project construction management of government-subsidized housing project becoming better and approaching perfection day by day. However, objectively speaking,affordable housing projects and quality supervision management still has many unavoidable problems. Paper further studied and analyzed of the current characteristics and existing problems of low-income housing project,from the perspective of engineering quality supervision,and gradually solved the system of laws and regulations construction,perfect and innovate regulatory way,etc,improved the regulation performance,to further improve the level of low-income housing project quality,which was bounden responsibility of engineering quality supervision.
