近年来，随着住宅工程的不断开发，其质量问题的投诉也纷至沓来，论文根据目前房屋质量问题的投诉内容进行了分析，找出引发质量投诉的主要原因并提出相应建议，以保障人民群众的居住安全及合法权益。%In recent years,with the continuous development of residential project,the quality problem of complaint has been sprung up. The paper analyzed the complaint content in building quality problem,found out the main reason for the quality complaints and put forward the corresponding suggestions,to ensure the safety of living and the legitimate rights and interests of the masses.
