近年来，随着国家城镇化建设的发展，人们对工程质量的标准提出了更高的要求，加强建设工程质量管理更具迫切性和重要性。论文就新形势下建设工程质量监督管理进行了深入思考，分析了工程质量管理的有利条件和不利因素，结合多年来的实际工作经验及案例，提出了做好工程质量监督管理工作的重点。%In recent years,with the development of the national urbanization construction,the standard of engineering quality was put forward higher requirements,strengthen the construction engineering quality management more urgency and importance. This paper has carried on the deep thinking on construction engineering quality supervision management under the new situation,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of project quality management,combined with years of practical experience and cases,the focus of the proposed to do a good job of engineering quality supervision management.
