On the basis of analyzed the advanced engineering quality management mode,combined with current construction practice,from the concept of construction” once into optimal” quality management,proposed to establish the construction phase project quality into optimal control measures at a time. Combined with actual construction concrete analysis,put forward the way to carry on the field quality control management according to the characteristics of the construction project,and put forward the feasible combined with the construction practice of specific measures to expand the building engineering construction quality management.%在总结分析先进工程质量管理模式的基础上，结合现阶段施工实际，从施工质量管控“一次成优”的理念出发，提出了建立施工阶段工程质量“一次成优”控制办法。结合实际施工具体分析，提出了如何针对建筑工程特点进行现场质量管理控制，并结合施工实践提出切实可行的具体办法以展开建筑工程施工质量管理。
