The inner pour outer cladding system with outer wall cladding panel used as outer enclosure member was applied largely in our city,the joint of outer wall cladding panel is easy leakage point. The paper through the leakage reason analysis,proposed the resolve scheme from structure design,water proof material selection and the demand of construction process,guarantee that the outer wall not leakage.%以外墙挂板作为外围护构件的内浇外挂体系在合肥市装配式住宅应用中占有很大的比重，其外墙挂板的接缝连接部位是主要的渗漏隐患点。论文通过对其渗漏成因的全面分析，从构造设计、防水材料选用、施工过程要求几个方面提出防水解决方案，保证外墙不出现渗漏问题。
