目前的土木建筑工程，现浇混凝土楼板是普遍采用的结构形式，占了主导地位。混凝土结构由于内外因素的作用不可避免地存在裂缝，而裂缝是混凝土结构物承载能力、耐久性及防水性降低的主要原因。在金山区建筑管理署所受理的房屋质量投诉事件中，现浇板局部或大面积出现裂缝的现象比较普遍，成为住宅质量纠纷、投诉的一个热点问题，它不仅影响使用功能，影响外观，而且也有损结构的整体。混凝土结构的裂缝是一个带普遍性的技术难题。%In the current civil engineering project,the pour concrete plate is common adopted structure, and account for dominant position. The crack exist inescapability because of inner and outer factors action in the concrete structure. The crack is the main factors of load capacity,durability and water proof on the concrete structure. The accepted house quality complain by our building management office,the large scale crack on the pour plate is commonly,and become hot point of house quality bother and complain. It not only affect the function and appearance,but also attaint whole structure. The crack on the concrete structure is common technique difficulty.
