PVA/FA/4A复合质子交换膜的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

Taking polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and fumaric acid (FA) and 4A molecular sieve as raw materials, PVA/FA/ 4A composite proton exchange membrane was prepared by solution casting method. The water absorption, swelling degree, ion exchange capacity, methanol permeability and conductivity of prepared membrane was determined. The results showed that,under the condition of room temperature 20℃ (15, 9% the water) absorption of P the swelling rate was 49.1%, the ion exchange capacity was 0.804 mmol/L, the conductivity was 3.33×10-2S/cm, the methanol permeability was 0.72×10-7cm2/s, which showed that the PVA/FA/4A composite proton exchange membrane had good resistance effect of alcohol and high proton conductivity.%以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、富马酸(FA)和4A分子筛为原料,利用流延法制备了PVA/FA/4A复合质子交换膜,并对膜的吸水率、溶胀率和离子交换容量、甲醇透过率、电导率等性质进行了测定.结果表明:室温为20℃条件下,测得PVA/FA/4A膜的吸水率为156%,溶胀率为49.1%,离子交换容量为0.804 mmol/L,电导率为3.33×10-2S/cm,甲醇渗透率为0.72×10-7cm2/S.表明PVA/FA/4A复合质子交换膜具有很好的阻醇效果和高的质子导电性.
