紫外分光光度法对超高浓度含油废水的测定

         

摘要

Ultra-high concentration of oily wastewaterwas determined by UV spectrophotometry.Thefeasibility of measuring sample absorbance withlong waveby usingtolueneas extractingagentwas explored. Working curve was drawn in order to analyze thecorrelation and verify the accuracy of this method. Influenceofsulfuric acid and sodium chloride and polyacrylamideon the determinationresultwasanalyzed. Furthermore, a comparison with traditional method wascarried out.The resultsshowthat, usingtoluene as extracting agent, measuring the absorbance at 324nmis feasible and accurate.%利用紫外分光光度法测定废水中高浓度油含量,以甲苯为萃取剂,探索在长波长处测定样品吸光度的可行性。绘制工作曲线并进行相关度分析,验证该方法的准确性,分析硫酸和氯化钠及聚丙烯酰胺对实验的影响,最后与传统方法进行分析对比。结果表明,选用甲苯作为萃取剂,在波长324 nm处进行吸光度的测定是可行的,测得的数据准确可靠。
