从 EPC 项目全寿命周期、全过程出发，详细分析了 EPC 项目超概算的原因以及针对这些原因的控制措施。期望通过分析研究，引起工程各阶段概算管控人员重视，降低工程超概算现象的发生概率。%The phenomenon of exceeding budgetary estimate of EPC project is relatively common. In this paper, from the aspects of whole life cycle and whole process of EPC project, causes of exceeding budgetary estimate of the EPC project were analyzed in detail, and control measures were put forward.
