二元复合驱油体系静态吸附规律研究

         

摘要

为了揭示无碱二元复合体系在地层渗流过程中界面张力及体系粘度的变化情况,首先需要对二元复合体系在地层中的吸附规律进行研究。结合大庆油田储层的实际开发条件在室内模拟其油藏温度、地下水矿化度,并通过天然岩心制成油砂测定复合体系吸附量。研究结果表明:单独聚合物体系,当浓度低于1000 mg/L时聚合物的吸附量与其浓度成线性递增规律,后随浓度的增加呈平缓变化;单独表面活性剂体系,当浓度低于临界胶束浓度(CMC 值)吸附量线性增加至峰值,后呈小幅度降低最终至平缓。由于聚/表二元复合驱油体系中聚合物的加入,在竞争吸附中可以减少了表面活性剂的吸附量。%In order to reveal the change law of interfacial tension and viscosity in the seepage flow process of two element compound system in the formation, the adsorption regularity of the SP system was studied. Combined with the actual development conditions of Daqing oil field, reservoir temperature, groundwater salinity and natural oil sand were simulated to determine the adsorption capacity of composite system. The results show that: for single polymer system, the adsorption capacity of the polymer is linear with the concentration when the concentration is lower than of 1 000 mg/L,then the change is mild with the concentration increasing; for single surfactant system, when the concentration is lower than the critical micelle concentration (CMC), the adsorption capacity of the surfactant system linearly increases to a peak value, and then decreases to a moderate extent. Due to the polymer adding in polymer /surfactant binary combination flooding oil system, the competitive adsorption action can reduce the adsorption quantity of surface active agent.
