基于ANSYS的圆柱销装配预应力受力分析

         

摘要

The three-dimensional solid geometry model for the assembly of cylindrical pin and base was established with ANSYS finite element software, and prestress force analysis was carried out, and mechanical functions of the structures were introduced, and the distribution of prestress during assembly and contact pressure during the pull-out process was gained, which can provide security technology guarantee for the subsequent assembly.%利用 ANSYS 有限元软件,为圆柱销与基座的装配建立三维实体几何模型,并对装配过程进行预应力受力分析,阐明各结构的力学作用,得出销在装配过程中的装配预应力和拔拉过程中接触压力的分布规律,为实际的后续装配提供了安全技术保证。
