利用晶硅片切割废液聚乙二醇，通过酯化反应合成出了无毒环保型增塑剂聚乙二醇双苯甲酸酯。研究了酯化合成反应的工艺条件，对合成出的聚乙二醇双苯甲酸酯性能与邻苯二甲酸二辛脂做了对比，对合成工艺的影响因素进行了探讨。该方法将晶硅片切割废液进行处理资源化处理，合成出的增塑剂具有无毒环保的特点，符合当前社会发展趋势，具有广阔的应用前景。%Using waste silicon wafers cutting liquid polyethylene glycol as raw material, innocuous environmental plasticizer poly(ethylene glycol) dibenzoate was synthesized through the esterification reaction. Then esterification reaction conditions were studied, and its properties were contrasted with dioctyl phthalate. The influence factors of synthesis technology were discussed.
