Analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used to evaluate oilfield development effect for a fault block reservoir in Hailar. Main factors affecting oilfield development and standard were determined. The assessment result shows that the reservoir has lower water flooding control degree and pressure maintenance, the result of comprehensive evaluation is worse.%以海拉尔某断块油藏为例,采用层次分析和模糊综合评判方法,建立了相应的评价指标和评价标准,对该油藏的开发效果进行综合评价.评价结果认为该油藏存在着水驱控制程度低、地层能量保持水平低等问题,整体开发效果较差.
