目前，中小企业在我国企业总数已占到九成以上，其创造的价值达到国民生产总值的60％以上，但贷款难问题始终困扰着我国中小企业的发展。本文以吉林省中小企业为研究对象，分别选取吉林省东部、西部、南部、北部的四个代表城市，对商业银行中小企业贷款发展现状进行了调查研究；同时选取吉林省36家中小企业的贷款数据作为样本，对中小企业贷款影响因素进行实证分析，有助于探讨和解决吉林省中小企业贷款难问题。%At present, the total number of small and medium-sized enterprises （SMES） in China＇s enterprises has accounted for over ninety percent. The wealth they created reached more than 60% of GDP; however, the loan problem has puzzled the development of SMES in China all the while. This paper uses SMES in Jilin province as research object, selecting four representative cities located in the east, south, west and north of Jilin province, tO investigate and research the development status of commercial bank loans to SMES; Meanwhile, we selected the loan data from 36 SMES in Jilin province as sample to do empirical analysis for SMES loan influencing factors. It will be helpful to discuss and solve loans problems of SMES in Jilin province.
