教师专业化的悖论:碎片化

         

摘要

Along with the separation of the mental labor and material labor , the teaching profession gained independence . Besides , with the social development and labor differentiation , the teaching profession tends to be more and more specialized . Professional teachers are persons w ho have legitimate monopoly of education expertise , highly efficient operation of the educational activities , and the effective executors of duties in the hierarchical organization of education . However , teaching specialization has become an alien force ,which suppresses the meaning of human existence ,nibbles away the spiritual home of people ,and makes people go toward fragmentation .%教师职业伴随着精神劳动与物质劳动的分离而独立,随着社会发展和劳动分化而走向专业化。专业化的教师是那些合法垄断教育专业技能的人,是高效率教育活动的操作者,是在教育科层组织中有效履行职责的执行者。然而,教师专业化又成为一种异己的力量,压抑人存在的意义,蚕食着人的精神家园,使人走向碎片化。
