论多学科联合编队教育实习模式运行机制的建构——以西北师范大学为例

         

摘要

Innovating teaching practice mode is an important measure of improving students' teaching skills in Normal Universities.Through four years of practices,a brand-new operational mechanism of teaching practice has been built in Northwest Normal University.The new mechanism is composed of a need-based supporting mechanism,a dynamic mechanism of reciprocity,an executive mechanism that students can benefit from the help of teachers-so called Double Orientation guide,a multi-directional reflection mechanism,and a scientific and effective evaluation mechanism.Practices have proven the effectiveness of the new mode.It not only brings more chances for students to improve their teaching in the practice,but also has achieved the university's goal of implementing the teaching practice with high efficiency and high quality.Meanwhile a new cultural concept of teaching practice has came into being,which benefits the Northwest Normal University,the students participating in teaching practice and the schools which accept intern students.%创新教育实习模式是师范院校提升学生教学技能的重要举措。西北师大经过四年的实践,构建了全新的教育实习运行机制,即需求依托的支持机制、互利互惠的动力机制、双师指导的执行机制、多向交流的反思机制、科学有效的评价机制。实践证明,新机制使实习学生得到了更多的实践锻炼机会,使师范大学高效率高质量地完成了实习任务,营建了一种良好的实习文化理念,实现了西北师大、实习学生、实习学校多方互赢的喜人结果。
