近十年来国内教师学习研究述评

         

摘要

全球化、信息化的时代背景下教师学习已然成为教师专业发展的重要途径和推动力。近十年来国内学者围绕教师学习领域开展了持续深入的理论研究与实践探索,并积累了大量有借鉴价值的文献,通过对这些文献的梳理可见,这十年来在教师学习研究领域的论题大致集中在六个主要层面,且对于教师职前阶段、教师共同体及其内部学习机制等方面存在不足。今后的深入研究需要从理论基础、研究视角和方法等方面着力加强。%With globalization and the present age being information-dominant,lifelong learning has become the driving force and also an important means to teachers' professional development.Over the last ten years,researchers did much theoretical research and practicalexploration,and accumulated much valuable literatures.An overview of the literatures shows that issues on this research are centered around six aspects,and the issues hardly touch on the pre-occupation phase of teachers,teachers as a whole,and the internal mechanism of learning.Future researchers need to pay more attention to the theoretical bases,perspective and method of the research.
