Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention on nursing of patients with ICU in Department of neurosurgery. Methods 2013-2014 years my courtyard Neurosurgery ICU in 50 cases of patients as the control group was given routine nursing, choose our hospital neurosurgery in the 2014-2015 go to ICU were hospitalized patients 60 cases as experimental group, on the basis of the control group given predictive nursing. Compared two groups of patients with adverse events occurring rate and ICU treatment time and of nursing work satisfaction. Results In the experimental group, the nursing adverse events occurred was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), NICU treatment time compared with the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); experimental group and the control group of nursing work satisfaction rate were 93.33% and 80.00%, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance (χ2=4.3651, P<0.05).ConclusionPredictive nursing care to reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with NICU is of great significance, can significantly shorten the treatment time in patients with NICU, suitable for promotion.%目的：探讨预见性护理干预对神经外科ICU患者的护理效果。方法选择2013～2014年神经外科ICU的50例患者作为对照组，给予常规护理，选择2014～2015年神经外科手术后转到ICU进行住院治疗的患者60例作为实验组，在对照组的基础上给予预见性护理。比较2组患者不良事件发生率以及ICU治疗时间和对护理工作的满意度。结果实验组患者的护理不良事件发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），ICU治疗时间较对照组短，2组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组和对照组对护理工作总满意率分别为93.33%和80.00%，2组差异具有统计学意义（χ2=4.3651，P＜0.05）。结论预见性护理对降低NICU患者护理不良事件的发生率具有重要意义，能明显缩短患者在NICU的治疗时间，适合推广。
