教学资源平台在职业院校基础医学教学中的应用研究

         

摘要

Objective To study basic medical vocational colleges teaching resources present situation,find the existing problems.Methods According to the principle of "3 R" principle, carry on the optimization to the college of the existing teaching resources integration, set up teaching resources platform, and applied to in the process of teachers' teaching and students' self-study. We will 2012 grade 2-9 students were randomly divided into 2 groups. 2-5 class for the control group, adopted conventional teaching method. Courses are taught by the teacher is in the classroom, class by the students self review, eventually taking thefinal exam. 6 to 9 classes as the experimental group, the teaching resources platform into the teaching process. Through teaching resources present situation investigation, comparison, students and teachers of the student's grade questionnaire survey, to explore the feasibility and necessity of teaching platform for basic medical teaching.Results Combining the reality of college, optimize the integration of resources, set up a more effective teaching system - basic medical teaching resources platform. The control group theory score excellent rate of 13.14%, the passing rate of 92.14%, excellent rate of experimental score 13.24%, the pass rate of 92.66%; The experimental group theory to score 15.12%, the pass rate was 93.62%, excellent rate of experimental score 18.86%, 97.14% pass rate. The statistical significance.Conclusion In vocational colleges establish and conform to the majority of the current situation of the vocational colleges open teaching resources platform, no matter from the quality of teaching, teaching management, and control the Angle of education funds is very necessary.%目的:通过对职业院校基础医学教学资源现状的研究,发现存在的问题。方法根据“3R原则”的原理,对学院现有教学资源进行优化整合,建立教学资源平台,并应用于教师教学及学生自学过程中。将2012级2~9班学生随机分成2组。2~5班为对照组,采取常规的教学方法。即在教室内由老师讲授课程,课下由同学自行复习,最终参加期末考试。6~9班为实验组,将教学资源平台引入教学过程中。通过教学资源现状调研,学生成绩的比对、学生及教师问卷调查,探讨教学平台对于基础医学教学的可行性及必要性。结果结合学院实际,优化整合资源,建立了一套更有效的教学体系-基础医学教学资源平台。对照组理论得分优秀率13.14%,及格率92.14%,实验得分优秀率13.24%,及格率92.66%;实验组理论得分15.12%,及格率93.62%,实验得分优秀率18.86%,及格率97.14%,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在职业院校建立并开放教学资源平台符合大多数职业院校的现状,无论从教学质量、教学管理,还是控制教学经费的角度都非常必要。
