Objective To explore the clinical effects of anesthesia for the patients with pediatric hernia surgery by Ketamine combine with Sevoflurane.Methods 46 cases of patients with pediatric hernia surgery were divided into research group (23 cases) and control group (23 cases). The control group were anesthesia by Ketamine. On the basis of the control group, the research group were anesthesia by Sevoflurane. The clinical effects of anesthesia were compared for the two groups.Results In the time of T2, the levels of SPO2 were with no change. The levels of MAP, HP for the research group were lower than the control group (P<0.05); the working time, physiological reflex disappearing time, awakening time and concentration recovery time for the research group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of anesthesia for the patients with pediatric hernia surgery by Ketamine combine with Sevoflurane can reduce the levels of MAP and HP, it is work quickly, wake up quickly, and it is worth of promoting.%目的：探讨在小儿疝气手术中应用氯胺酮复合七氟烷的麻醉效果。方法选取46例行小儿疝气手术患儿作为研究对象，平均分为研究组与对照组（n=23)，对照组给予氯胺酮麻醉，研究组在氯胺酮的基础上复合七氟烷麻醉。结果在T2时刻，除了2组的SPO2水平无明显变化外，研究组的MAP、HP水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计意义（P<0.05）；研究组的起效时间、生理反射消失时间、苏醒时间及定力恢复时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计意义。结论在小儿疝气手术中应用氯胺酮复合七氟烷，有利于降低患者在手术切皮时的MAP、HP水平，起效快、苏醒迅速，值得推广。
