目的 分析双排螺旋CT和X线平片对肠梗阻患者的诊断价值.方法 选取肠梗阻患者58例,随机分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=26).观察组使用CT进行诊断,对照组使用X线平片进行诊断,诊断结果与术中所见进行比较.结果 观察组最终诊断正确率、梗阻的部位与原因和是否为绞窄性肠梗阻方面均明显优于使用X线平片的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 CT检查技术对于肠梗阻的诊断价值高,能较为准确的判断患者梗阻的部位、原因与是否为绞窄性梗阻,值得临床推广应用.%Objective A retrospective analysis comparing the diagnostic value of dual-slice spiral CT and X-ray in patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods Select 58 cases of intestinal obstruction in patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group of 32 patients was observed using CT for diagnosis, control group 26 cases,the use of X-ray flat sheet diagnosis,intraoperative diagnosis results seen in the last comparison,the diagnostic value of examination methods were compared.Results Observer Group ultimate diagnostic accuracy,the site of obstruction and the cause and whether strangulated intestinal obstruction were significantly better than using an X-ray of the control group,the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion CT inspection techniques for high diagnostic value of intestinal obstruction,patients can be more accurately determine the site of obstruction and whether the reasons for the narrow obstruction,deserve to be in clinical practice.
