目的 探讨超声造影检查对甲状腺微小乳头状癌的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析37例甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者的超声造影检查资料,观察声像学特征及诊断正确率情况.结果 本组37例甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者的超声造影检查诊断正确率为94.6%,时间-强度曲线分析发现病灶始增时间为(9.4±1.5)s,达峰时间为(19.7±4.4)s,消退时间为(16.2±3.1)s.结论 超声造影检查在甲状腺微小乳头状癌的诊断中具有重要的价值,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To explore the value of contrast enhanced ultrasound examination in diagnosis of papillary microcareinoma of the thyroid.Methods A retrospective analysis about ultrasound imaging data of 37 cases with papillary microcareinoma of the thyroid was operated, observed the ultrasonographic characteristics and diagnostic accuracy.Results The rate of diagnostic accuracy in 37 cases by contrast enhanced ultrasound examination was 94.6%, the time-intensity curve showed that lesions enhancement beginning time was (9.4±1.5) s, the peak time was (19.7±4.4) s, regression time was (16.2±3.1) s.Conclusion Contrast enhanced ultrasound has important value in diagnosis of papillary microcareinoma of the thyroid, it is worthy of clinical using.
