目的：观察膝关节半月板损伤影像变化，评估核磁共振(MRI)诊断价值。方法回顾性分析68例半月板损伤患者的MRI影像资料。结果68例患者半月板损伤94处，其中Ⅰ级13处、Ⅱ级23处、Ⅲ级58处，经手术及关节镜证实，MRI诊断准确率达96.8％。结论 MRI可通过半月板形态、信号改变清晰显示，判断损伤程度及合并症，彰显准确、简便和无创的特点。%Objective To observe the changes in the knee meniscus images, evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI. Methods A retrospective analysis of 68 cases of patients with meniscus MRI image data. Results 68 patients meniscus 94 which gradeⅠ13 ,Ⅱgrade 23, gradeⅢ58 office, confirmed by surgery and arthroscopy, MRI diagnostic accuracy rate of 96.8%. Conclusion MRI can meniscus shape, clear display signal changes, determine the extent of damage and complications, highlighting accurate, simple and non-invasive characteristics.
