Objective To evaluate the one-time exhaust success rate and exhaust time of modified exhaust method in the clinical intravenous infusion. Methods Two hundred infusions were studied and used as the basis for the research. Two control groups were observed. One used the most up to date method and the other used the previous method in intravenous infusion. Both groups were evaluated and compared on 2 criteria. First, how much work time was used to do the task and second, whether or not each method was successful on the first attempt. Results The modified exhaust method was deemed to both less exhaust time and with greater success on first attempts to complete the task. Conclusion Utilizing the modified% 目的对改良排气方法在临床静脉输液应用中一次性排气成功率及排气时间进行效果观察.方法以静脉输液200例为研究对象，分为两组：观察组用改良排气方法，对照组用传统排气方法，观察两组一次性排气成功率及平均排气时间.结果观察组一次性排气成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)；平均排气时间比对照组短(P<0.05).结论改良排气方法在临床应用中获得满意的效果，提高一次性排气成功率，缩短排气时间，从而提高护理人员的工作效率.
