Objective To investigate the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis children and preventive measures. Methods Retrospective analysis in October 2004 to July 2011 in hospital treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis 11 cases of clinical features and treatment experience and the preventive measures. Results The comprehensive treatment measures:the application of small dose of insulin to correct ketone body and hypoglycemic, and at the same time, lfuid infusion and electrolytes, the treatment of various incentive and the primary disease, discretionary rectifying acid etc, the children recovered discharge. Conclusion Diabetes complicated ketoacidosis the treatment of the key is the correct diagnosis and correct application of insulin, and prevent and reduce DKA diabetes in children is to reduce the mortality and improve the physical quality of the main means of children.%目的探讨儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒的救治及防范措施。方法回顾性分析11例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿的临床特征及救治体会和防范措施。结果采用综合救治措施：应用小剂量胰岛素以纠正酮体及降糖，同时补液及补充电解质，治疗各种诱因及原发病，酌情纠酸等，患儿痊愈出院。结论糖尿病患儿并发酮症酸中毒的救治关键是正确诊断和正确应用胰岛素，有效预防及减少DKA是降低儿童糖尿病病死率和增强患儿身体素质的主要手段。
