目的探讨急救与护理方法对上消化道大出血病人的临床疗效。方法随机选取2010年5月-2012年5月海丰县彭湃纪念医院ICU病房收治的40例上消化道大出血患者40例为研究对象，给予患者急救以及多方面的护理后，观察患者的临床疗效。结果40例患者经过止血等急救以及护理后18例出血停止，治愈出院；16例控制了出血，转入消化内科进一步治疗；5例经内科治疗无效，给予手术治疗；1例抢救无效死亡。结论及时的救治以及护理对抢救上消化道大出血病人的生命至关重要，护理人员要熟练掌握急救技能。%Objective To investigate the clinical features and nursing of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 40 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were involved in our study,we will value the effects after emergency treatment and nursing. Results Among all the 40 patients, 18 patients recovered, 16 patients improved, 5 were sent to surgical treatment and 1 patients died. Conclusion Intensive clinical nursing can reduce the rate of fatality greatly on patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
