Objective To analyze the effect of Fenofibrate on chronic heart failure Methods The 123 patients with chronic heart failure were divided randomLy into treatment group treated with Benazepril plus Fenofibrate, and the control group treated only with Benazepril one time a day for a course of 12 months. Results Cardiac function and 6-minutes walk test improved more significantly in the patients of the test group than those of the control group, the improvement of LVEF is also better than the control group. In addition, there were less hospitalization time in the test group. Conclusion Fenofibrate could improve the heart function and prognosis of the patients with heart failure and inhibit the development of heart failure.% 目的探讨非诺贝特对慢性心衰的治疗作用.方法将123例慢性心衰患者随机分成两组,对照组62例,试验组61例.对照组主要使用贝那普利及其他常规疗法,试验组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用非诺贝特,观察周期为12个月.结果试验组住院时间,心功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者左心射血分数(LVEF)明显提高(P<0.05)、6分钟步行距离也明显延长(P<0.05)；试验组与对照组比较,6分钟步行试验距离更长(P<0.05),LVEF提高的程度也较大(P<0.05).结论非诺贝特能够提高心衰患者的治疗效果,抑制心衰发展及改善预后.
