In order to study and analyze the reason for perforation of an L245 carbon steel gathering pipe used in a western oil field,series physical and chemical property tests were performed.Combined with the actual working condition,comprehensive analysis and research were carried out.The results showed that the medium transported in the gathering pipe contained high content of Cl and CO2,and thus had strong corrosion ability.Due to coating falling out nearby welding area,the carbon steel contacted with the corrosion medium and CO2 corrosion occurred,which led to the failure of gathering pipe.%为探明西部某油田L245碳钢汇管的穿孔原因,采用一系列理化性能试验分析,并结合现场实际工况,进行综合研究分析.结果表明:该油田用汇管输送介质高含Cl-及CO2,具有很强的腐蚀性.由于焊缝附近涂层脱落失效,导致碳钢金属本体与腐蚀性介质直接接触,形成CO2腐蚀,最终导致该生产汇管穿孔失效.
