梳棉锡林速度对杂质去除效果的影响

         

摘要

Effect of carding cylinder speed on impurity in card sliver, breaker sliver and intermediate sliver were researched. AFIS was used to test impurity in the three slivers. The result shows that impurity is reduced as cylinder speed increases. Total numbers of impurity in breaker sliver are similar when cylinder speed is 296 r/min and 350 r/min. Total numbers of impurity in breaker sliver are reduced when cylinder speed is increased from 394 r/min and 450 r/min, impurity in intermediate sliver is reduced as cylinder speed increases. In draft process, impurity could be crumbled and cause much more impurity in breaker sliver. It is considered that it is critical to select rational cylinder speed for neps and impurity in decrease.%研究梳棉机锡林速度变化对生条、头并条子、二并条子中杂质的影响.用AFIS单纤维测试系统对不同锡林速度条件下的生条、头并条子、二并条子中的杂质进行检测.结果显示,随着锡林速度的提高,生条中杂质数量随之降低;头道并条在锡林速度为296 r/min和350 r/min时,杂质总数接近,在锡林速度为394 r/min和450 r/min时随着锡林速度的提高杂质数量随之下降;二道并条的杂质也随锡林速度的提高而下降;牵伸过程可能造成的杂质进一步破碎会导致头道条子杂质数量相对增加.指出:合理配置锡林速度对减少成纱棉结杂质非常关键.
