分体空调室内外机接管长度对性能的影响

         

摘要

With the continuous development of science and technology in China and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, air conditioner is becoming more and more popular in people's daily life. But in recent years, the situation of long nozzle is more and more along with the increase of large commercial buildings and high-rise residential buildings, the performance of separated air conditioner varies at the situation of long nozzle and high drop. The growth of the pipeline will increase the resistance of the refrigerant, resulting in varying degrees of pressure drop, affecting the cooling effect of separated air conditioner.The experimental results show that the length of the pipeline has different influences on the refrigerant temperature, refrigerant pressure, refrigerating capacity and compressor power of the separated air conditioner. Therefore, in the actual process of engineering design and installation, the length of the connecting pipe between the indoor unit and outdoor unit should be kept within a reasonable range.%随着科技的不断发展及人们生活水平的不断提高, 空调在人们日常生活中的使用越来越普遍.但近年来, 大型商业建筑和高层住宅逐渐增多, 分体式空调长接管的情况越来越多, 分体式空调在长接管、高落差的情况下性能会发生变化.管路的增长会使制冷剂的阻力增大, 从而产生不同程度的压降, 影响分体式空调的制冷效果.实验表明, 接管长度对分体式空调制冷量、压缩机功率及制冷剂温度、压力均有不同程度影响, 所以在工程设计安装中需保持室内外机接管长度在合理范围内, 不要超过极限长度.
