The high accuracy automatic measurement system for stable mass flow and liquid level of cryogenic fluid is introduced.This system consists of such instruments and subsystems as level meter,densimeter,secondary instrument,data acquisition system and microcomputer system.The liquid level of cryogenic fluid in the storage can be monitored in time by computer.The stable mass flow of cryogenic fluid can be calculated,too.The measurement accruacy of liquid oxygen level is 3% and the measurement accuracy of stable mass flow of liquid oxygen is 0.473%.%介绍一种高精度低温介质稳态质量流量、液位自动测量系统，该系统包括液面计、密度计、二次仪表、采集系统、微机系统等，可通过计算机对低温介质贮箱中的液位进行实时监测，并能计算低温介质的稳态质量流量。该系统对液氧液位实时监测的精度可达到3%，对液氧稳态质量流量测量的精度可达到0.473%。
