The purpose of implementing Tutor-based Teaching System in China's higher educational system is to better cultivate talents and increase the employment of college students. Taking product design major in Sichuan Institute of Culture and Art as an example, this paper illustrates the necessity and signiifcance of project for Tutor-based Teaching System and analyzes the problems in the implementation of Tutor-based Teaching System. In addition, based on the author's teaching experiences, the paper puts forward several suggestions for further discussion.%导师制教学在中国高校本专科专业推行的时间并不太长，但其实施的目的却都是为了更好地培养人才，以促进学生的广泛就业。有基于此，特别结合四川文化艺术学院产品设计专业实施的导师制，探讨了项目制在导师制教学中的必要性和重要性，考察了导师制实施过程中出现的问题，进而根据参与导师制课程教学的亲身经历，提出相关建议，以供参考或者批判。
