Based on the analysis of the key technology and design characteristics, it proposes the method of 100G WDM system design in combination with China Unicom 100G WDM system experimental network engineering. It summarizes and expounds the engineering related contents, such as optical fiber type analysis, client side interface selection, limit transmission capacity veri-fication and network protection methods. It also gives the specific recommendations for the system index requirements.% 在对100G WDM关键技术和设计特点分析的基础上，结合中国联通100G WDM系统试验网工程，提出了100G WDM系统在现网环境下的工程设计方法：对光纤类型分析、客户侧接口选择、极限传输能力验证以及网络保护方式等与工程建设相关的内容进行了总结说明，同时对系统指标要求给出了明确建议。
