Objective To analyze the effects of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) on maternal and perinatal infants and nursing. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 104 patients with GDM were enrolled in the observational department. The patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the order of admission, 52 cases each; the two groups were given positive symptomatic treatment, and the control group was implemented. For routine nursing, the research team implemented evidence-based nursing, and compared the complications of the two groups of pregnant women and perinatal children, and mastered the mode of delivery. Results The maternal complication rate was 9.62％, the cesarean section rate was 34.62％, the vaginal delivery rate was 65.38％, the perinatal complication rate was 11.54％, and the control group was 28.85％, 59.62％, 40.38％, 32.69％, statistically significant difference (P <0.05) . Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with GDM is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications of maternal and perinatal and cesarean section, and to ensure maternal and child safety, which has important clinical significance.%目的 对妊娠期糖尿病 (GDM) 对孕产妇及围产儿影响及护理进行探析.方法 将2017年1月—2018年1月该院产科诊治104例GDM患者纳入观察中, 根据入院先后顺序分成研究组和对照组, 各52例;2组均给予积极对症治疗, 对照组实施常规护理, 研究组实施循证护理, 对比分析两组孕产妇、围产儿的并发症情况, 并掌握分娩方式.结果 研究组孕产妇并发症率为9.62％, 剖宫产率为34.62％, 阴道顺产65.38％, 围生儿并发症率为11.54％, 对照组分别为28.85％、59.62％、40.38％、32.69％, 相比差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论 对GDM患者开展循证护理, 有助于降低孕产妇及围产儿的并发症和剖宫产的发生率, 确保母婴安全, 有着重要临床意义.
