目的 探讨肺黏膜相关淋巴样组织(MALT)淋巴瘤多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现,以提高对该病认识和诊断能力.方法 回顾性分析5例经肺穿刺病理及免疫组织化学证实的肺MALT淋巴瘤患者的多层螺旋CT表现.结果 一侧肺孤立病变1例,一侧肺多发病变1例,双侧肺多发病变3例；2例行CT增强扫描均表现为轻度均匀强化.结论 肺MALT淋巴瘤的影像表现多样,结节、片状实变内分枝样细小支气管扩张充气征或肿块周围合并磨玻璃样影具有一定的提示性.%Objective To investigate the CT manifestations of pulmonary mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma and to improve the knowledge and diagnosis of this disease.Methods CT findings of 5 cases of pulmonary mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma proved by biopsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results The manifestations of 5 cases were as followed:multiple bilateral lung lesions in 3 patients,multiple unilateral lung lesions in 1 patient and solitary lesion in 1 patient.Among them,pulmonary masklike or nodular lesions was showed in 3 cases,focal consolidation lesions in 2 cases and air-bronchus sign in 4 cases.There was slightly homogeneous enhancement after contrast injection in 2 cases.Conclusion The CT manifestations of primary pulmonary MALT lymphoma may be various and nonspecific.Pulmonary mass and consolidation are common.A few features such as air-bronchus sign with groundglass opacity maybe characteristic.
